40 y/o white male. One child, 5y/o with former girlfriend. Separated in May 2011. I filed paternity, she refuses to let me see him. I am a swim coach, soccer coach, love being a dad. I have been accused of abuse, harassed by the cops, denied access to my son and now am a pro-se litigant looking at a trial. Her attorney wants me to pay for him and all his fees to fight against me. Been to mediation but he refused to talk to me.
