I'm a believer in the rule of law and that it was designed to further the interests of justice, but feel that the system has strayed very far away from that ideal. Money rules accessibility to representation, and if you are pro se you are simply not welcome to play in the sandbox of the legal system. You most likely will NOT win, regardless of the rightness or justness of your position because you are not allowed equal footing with the popular kids. (ie, ability to file electronically for example). Judges will ignore egregious attorney actions they would not otherwise, and also behave in manners unacceptable they would not otherwise as well. Even so, I still nurse fond hopes that justice ulimately prevails once in a while as a spark in the dark that keeps the flame alive.
