    Default Just Found Out I Have Bench Warrant in Washington State

    My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: I just learned I have a bench warrant for driving with a suspended License from 4 years ago. I am terrified of what will happen when I go to court to take care of this. I have 4 disabled children and am their only caregiver. Will I be arrested when I show up to the court? Should I set up a bail bond ahead of time, it appears the bond is for $1500. HELP I am so scared!

    You should contact an attorney to help you negotiate the terms of your surrender.

    You may well be arrested, where arrested means you're booked and such, then released without jail time. Expect also to pay whatever outstanding fines you have.
