    Angry Rude Manager

My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Washington
I own a condo in the city of Seattle. We love the building and the other owners. The problem we are having is last summer our board president hired a new on site property manager. The new manager is rude and does not resolve our problems in a timely manner. The board and other owners are satisfied with the manager’s service but we are not.

What can we do to make our grievances known and to try to correct the deficiencies with the manager?
