Overstayed on F1 Status and Received Winner Notification Info for DV Lottery

I have overstayed my F1 visa for about 4 years. I graduated from college in 2005, later received work permit approval and used in until 2006. Afterwards I went back to school for 1 semester, but I never finished it. Haven't left the country since my last entry -year 2000, but recently received a letter notification for being drawn from DV-Lotery 2011 (Green Card lottery). Now what are my legal options/if any for successfully changing/adjusting my status to Permanent residency, preferably without leaving the country in order to avoid the 10 year ban for reentry?

You have to be in legal status to adjust status.

You should consult with an attorney with all of your immigration related documents. I suspect that you are - by failing to abide by US law - going to lose out on your lottery selection unless there are some very unusual circumstances in your favor.
