Default Parking in Our Manufactured Home Park

My question involves towing laws for the State of: OREGON
We live in a manufactured home park in Oregon and have been using an empty space to park our second car for years. Several of the streets in the park have 'visitor parking only' signs but some of the signs are so faded as to be unreadable. Additionally, there are no signs prohibiting parking in the empty lots.
Several weeks ago the management company sent out letters stating that there would be no on-street parking for tenants (though there are no signs at all on several of the streets) and that extra vehicles could park in the empty lots for $50.00 per month.
Yesterday I got a sticker on my windshield (which I have to scrape off bit by bit) saying I was illegally parked (on the street with no readable sign) and subject to tow. I've since moved my car back to an empty lot and scraped off most of the sign.
My question is, if there are no signs at all in lots or readable signs on a block which limit parking is it legal for them to have my car towed if it is parked in one of these places? Please note, the park is 'private propery' and technically all the streets are owned by the management company.

A sign is a means of notification. So is a letter.

I was trying to find if there were any laws requiring some minimum amount of parking but I have found nothing. You might contact your local building department to inquire if there are any requirements for parking within a mobile home park. My thoughts were that maybe they required more that space for one car per unit. Just something to investigate.

Thanks jk. We actually have room for 2 in our garage if it wasn't filled with stuff... It just seems like the 'no parking' should be posted somewhere...

just a note of something I found in the Oregon laws:

if the road is less than 30 feet wide, state law does not allow parking on the streets at all. Maybe the state came in and made them enforce a no parking ban on the streets if they are narrower than 30 feet.
