Basic Speed Law 22350 in Atchison Ks

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Kansas
I was riding my streetbike down highway 59 as it comes into town on a divided road with two lanes on each side(30 mph speed limit) and stopped at a stop light in front of all other cars.little did i know there was a cop at the car wash ahead,so i got on it a little,i have a loud pipe btw,and pulled over down the road saying i was speeding and i asked how fast i was going and he said he didnt know???
the weather was about 70 and clear and shining only vehicles were behind me i had jacket gloves and helmet.How can i fight this?Thank you

22350 is the code section number for CALIFORNIA's Basic Speed Law violation. I does not apply in Kansas... So a good start would be for you to post up the information from YOUR citation.. Such as the correct code section/description, and what "speed" information the officer put down on there (i.e., speed limit, your alleged speed, etc...)
