My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: California
So i received a ticket which i really didn't mind since i haven't been pulled over in at least four years, which u can conclude i have not been to traffic school in the last 18 months. actually i was kinda waiting for an accident or ticket. one or the other which is the pattern i have fallen into. Sadly i got both on separate occasions. so here's my question. i want to take traffic school for the code 22349(a) VC. basically i was going 80 in a 65. however it says on the back of the ticket under (correctable violations) that on the front of the ticket it must say "yes" but the officer marked the ticket "no". So do i ignore the ticket thinking the officer had a brain-fart and apply for traffic school anyway? also i wanted to go but online but unsure about the legality of online traffic school. what have you heard about online traffic school and which ones are safe and secure or do i have to bite the bullet and go thru the 12 hour course?
please help. thx
