I seriously doubt anyone here is going to waste their time giving you step by step instructions on setting up this business, even if they knew. If someone knows how to do all this, their time would be worth many hundreds of dollars per hour.

Further, I seriously doubt anyone in the US gives a crap about some timeshare scheme in Argentina. Gee, just going there and back would cost a thousand bucks.

You can ONLY sell timeshares here after meeting the requirements in each and every state you want to sell them in. Lots of people are trying to sell timeshares and the market for selling them has mostly collapsed.

In this ecomony, this sounds like a very dumb idea and hardly worth the time and trouble it will take. How many hundreds of thousands do you have to spend on this scheme?

In any economy, I would never buy a timeshare.

You need to retain a qualified lawyer and accountant to guide you through the process. Nobody is going to do this for you for free.

If you don not even understand the meaning of the various documents they've requested or to research basic definitions, it is beyond your capacity (I assume due to language issues) to draft or review any such documents.
