    Does a aunt have rights to neice and nephews like grandparents have rights

    Grandparents do NOT have inherent rights to their grandchildren, and aunts have even less.

    In some states grandparents have the right to sue for visitation.

    Legally, you're a stranger to your nieces and nephews. If the parents say you can't see them, that's the end of it.

    You don't even have standing to sue for visitation.
