Default Theft 3 Reduced to a Violation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: OR

I was charged with theft III in oregon two years ago and had it reduced to a violation. I am wondering whether the original charge will show up on my background check for a job? The job will do a fingerprint analysis.

That's a big "maybe". It depends upon the nature and extent of the background check, and what's in any databases they use when running the check.
