Credit for Suspension Time Served

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: PA

I had my license suspended twice, back to back 1-year suspensions, due to be restored 6/11/11. Yesterday, I won an appeal for the initial suspension to be changed to a non-suspendable offense. Once the administrative adjustments are made to my record, will I receive time served on my suspension, meaning my new restoration date will be 6/11/10?

Probably.

It's the best answer I can give without knowing vehicle codes or driving history.

There are some things that could make this not true. But I figure you would say something if you had any previous violations for 1501 or if your new conviction was for something that carried points.

PennDOT will need to be notified, and once they are you will get a notice from them with your new elig. date.
