This is a general legal question involving Massachusetts property law.
My father operates a small car lot, which is directly behind a small grocery store. The front line of his cars can be seen from the store's parking lot. The store's owner has recently placed an over-sized dumpster directly in front of my father's fence...which is now obstructing customer view to the cars.
I am aware that the store owner owns this property, but is there any remedy when his placement of said dumpster adversely affects my father's business?
