Ok, im from NC, Here is my question.

WHAT DOES "DISMISSED WITHOUT LEAVE MEAN"

say something is dismissed without leave... can that be reinstated ...

If something in NC is expunged, and it was dismissed.... assuming those charges can be reinstated.........can that expunged charge be reinstated...


Dont answer if u dont know..... this is really important.... i was suppoesd to help narc on someone, so they dismissed my case / expunged, then i said JUST KIDDINg, and changed my number hahaha

let me rephrase, can an EXPUNGED charge in NC ever be refiled (if the charge was dismissed without leave by DA).....

I doubt it was "expunged" in any case.

Dismissal without prejudice is what they usually say. That means the DA can refile the case if they decide too.
