    Default Expungement of Dismissed Case

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Texas
I had a posession of marijuana charge that was dismissed due to lack of evidence about a year ago. Recently I was arrested again for criminal trespassing and there is a good chance that that will get dismissed as well due to the situation being a miscommunication. My question is can I get the posession charge dismissed or possibly even both.

You told us that the possession charge was already dismissed. If it has been dismissed, why would it need to be dismissed a second time?
