How Can I Find Old Tickets

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Pennsylvania.

Does anybody know how to find old speeding charges or court dispositions from Pennsylvania? I'm filling out some applications that require a complete traffic offense history, including the law enforcement agency issuing the citation, disposition, amount paid, and the date paid.

I know that I've had two speeding tickets in Pennsylvania: the first was in the Gibsonia/Wexford area in 2003/04; the second was (I think) somewhere on Rt. 15 in or about Harrisburg.

I have no idea how to go about finding this information. I don't even know if paying a speeding ticket in PA is considered a plea of guilty or no-lo.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you try the DMV? You probably won't get a list of "when paid," but it will at least tell you how many traffic offenses are on your record.
