Re: Neighbor Built New Fence on My Property Blocking My Sprinkler Heads
. Neither of us has a new survey showing the fence, but since it blocks my sprinklers I am sure it is on my property.
how do you know our sprinklers were not installed on their property?
Without a survey, you have absolutely no support for your claim so the first thing you need to do is get a survey.
then once you have that knowledge, you can deal with what ever is shown to be the property line.
If you tear down the fence and you are wrong about the property line, not only would you be liable for all the damages, there actually could be criminal charges (unlikely but possible).
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
