My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I was driving through a road construction zone and due to the way the road was coned off and a driver in front of me stopping to make a right turn. I was forced partially into the left turn lane which had a red arrow. This is caught on a traffic camera. I proceded through the intersection on a green light. I recieved a violation notice of VC 21453 Failure to stop at red light. The main problem I think I will have is showing the circumstances due to the road construction, it is not seen in the video. Although there is a notice about the road construction on the citys web site. What are my chances of fighting this? I have allready pled not guilty and have a court date. Would love to beat this $446.00 fine. Also I have a clean driving record. Any advice?
