CA- I get into business and my partner and I don't end up working out. I get forced out of my business and I'm supposed to be paid for all the materials I bought to build the business. After being ducked for so long I now have to get my things. What's the best route to take?

You can go to the court and claim on them but before doing this be sure of having all proofs and try to gather all then information and materials regarding to your business as this will help in court otherwise you will be in loss.
