By all means, include your allegations in your divorce petition and sue her in civil court too for pain and suffering.
Then, be prepared to pay HER legal costs when family court dismisses the first and civil court dismisses the second for lack of evidence.
Don't you see? In practically every divorce case one party makes allegations of heinous wrongdoings against the other. NONE of them stand up unless there is satisfactory evidence of these allegations and very frequently, the one who can't prove his/her case ends up paying the court costs of BOTH parties.
A personal injury suit will likely end up with the exact same result.
You have not shown any indication that you can prove your allegations. Thus, I cannot in good conscience advise you to pursue the matter. All I can do is what I suggested earlier; contact local counsel who will look at the facts of your case and advise you further.
