I have a medical certification on file for intermittent leave for migraines.
Does that mean that everytime I have a headache I can call in sick and use intermittent leave up to the 12 weeks (84 days)?
I also think that if I call in for a headache they can't charge it against our attendance policy where there is a point system and I would normally get charged 1 pt.
Can they ask me for a Drs note each time I call in sick with my headaches or is the medical certification on file good for the whole year?
