Offered Withdrawal of Admission of Application

Hello All,

I was found inadmissible pending a criminal case in US, when I entered at the POE.

Those guys gave me a date to appear at deferred inspection.

I went to the Deferred Inspection, the officers over there said that they cannot make a final decision about my admissibility because I do not have any court disposition.

At that time, I volunteered to leave the country on my own, and they said that they will have to look at the case and what they can do.

Now, they are fine with me leaving the country and said that I will have to do a withdrawal of application for admission.

I do not intend to fight any case and stay here, and would like to go back.

Please advice.

So withdraw your application for admission and leave. What's hard to understand?
