Smile I-130 for Spouse in Vietnam

    Hi,

My brother is applying for his wife to come to US. Besides I-130, G-325A (one for him and one for his wife), passport pictures, his US passport, their wedding pictures, an affidavit from me, what else do they need to prove their marriage? They just got married in January 2010. Should he send I-864 and 2009 tax return together now or wait?

    Thank you so much!

A copy of the marriage certificate is also needed.

Is your brother a US citizen?
