Default Motion to Reopen Based on Pregnancy

I came to the U.S. legally when I was 6. I came with my parents. Their case failed and were ordered for deporation. I was unaware of this. I am now 25, married for 2 and half years and recently found out my wife (uSC) is preg. with our first child. Are the chances of our motion to reopen higher/better due to her pregnancy? Thanks.

I doubt it, but as you have a lawyer representing you in these matters you really should be talking to your lawyer.
