Can an individual order the same report on himself?

Also, if records are sealed at the courthouse, the state, and do not exist with the FBI, will it show up on a background check?

There are probably as many background check companies used by banks and security houses, as there are banks and security houses. What makes you think they all use the same one(s)?

What information shows on a background check is not determined by what company is used, but by what questions the employer asks. So while you could ask for a report on yourself, unless you knew exactly what information the employer was going to ask you, you might or might not get the same results back.

Whether a sealed record will show on a background check depends on who the employer is and how deep a check they run.
