Re: Disastrous Illinois Traffic Stop. Uncertain of Options

My question involves a careless driving ticket from the State of: Illinois
A three month suspension of my license ended March 15, 2010. Now, after the most disastrous traffic stop in history, I received 4 tickets for speeding 92 in a 55mph zone, following too closely, improper lane usage, and a seat belt ticket (I was wearing it... officer failed to see it.) What I want to know is... can anything be done to salvage this situation... save my license... and keep myself from losing my driving privileges until I'm 25-27 yrs of age (currently 20). Under no circumstances will I or my family have the ability to pay three to five thousand dollars a year for SR22 insurance. My current insurance provider will, without fail, drop my policy if they catch wind of this. Can anyone offer help? (

then I would suggest checking out the public transportation in your area.

and they will. they always do. It's like they check or something. Maybe it's ESP.
If it sounds like I am mocking you, you are right. You come here and tell of a story that is totally your fault and on top of that provide no reason any of the tickets other than the seat belt ticket were not proper.
You simply want to avoid being held accountable for your actions.
Sometimes you just have to man up and live the the consequences of your actions. I think you are in that position.
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
