Default Roommate brings unwelcome guests into the home

strangers to even her, they are male, they are not of preferable type, not acceptable as they are elements of danger in this day and time to allow strange men to know where single women live and to allow one in the home at night, all night, even my dog was up all night growling off and on.

We have had a major disagreement on this matter on two separate occassions. This last one was the last straw, she said she was leaving the next day (moving out), but now she is not, she said she has 30 days. Well, I am realizing that a non verbal roommate agreement is a mistake. She never told me was a partier every night she can be, nor that she smokes, nor that she brings strange men to the house every other night.

She moved from her daughters house down the road, she just told me a week ago, her daughter did not allow her to have men in the house and now I know why!

Her rent was due on this past Friday, this is Monday. She and I are not speaking. It is actually a bit more peaceful, only even my dog's nerves are being affected by her negative vibes in the house, she barks and cowers and hides behind me now.

I am just ignoring the roommate and keep about my daily routine. Gardening, cooking, reading, cleaning and the hardest part is when I am at work and she is home, I feel like my haven is fair game for thugs..to be carousing through.

I need to know what to do, to get her out of here, the very fastest. I reside in Georgia, Gwinnett County. I have heard this is called a "tenant at will" agreement, but not sure what or if that is..Thank you
    D.

p.s. There is the possiblity of having my Mom come stay here until it totally cramps the roommates style and she might leave. My Grandmother lives one door down and she could even start coming to visit more, just as my roommate ad said, the only guests I receive are my Mother and my Grandmother. So far, it has been to her disliking when Mom or Grandmother are here since she likes to get drunk and have these strange men over as often as she can.

    She's paying you rent?

    These strangers are pickups? (Tricks?)
