My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Michigan
I was givin a ticket in roseville mi on 3-19. so here is the thing i was never actually pulled over the cop actually drove the ticket to my house and gave it to my brother. also there was two people in the car so how dose he know who was driving. is there something i can do, should i fight it. thanks for any help alex

Apparently they did manage to figure out that you were driving, because you were issued the ticket.

If you feel you can blow enough smoke to get out of the ticket, you're free to dispute the ticket in court.
