    Unhappy Arrest Warrents Not Processed

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: wv
My Fiance and I are being charged with unfounded charges and have been told that there are going to be warrants for our arrest, but the officer that is on the case has told us this for over a month now. They will not return our calls but goes through a third party. We are both laid off until this can go to court and we can be cleared and we do not have income right now. Is there any way that I can find out what is going on? If they say they are filing charges why don't they just do it? I have a feeling that someone I know who is a retired officer is manipulating things to look bad against us and this seems to be the norm in our area. What rights do I have and What can I do?

If you have criminal charges pending against you, consult an attorney ASAP. Until charges are filed, there is not a lot you can do about things.
