    Default Can You Amend a Proposed Parenting Plan

    State of FL.

    Once a proposed parenting plan has been filed by both parties can you file an amended proposed parenting plan if parties cannot come to agreement in mediation?

    Yes, as long as the issues that you want to amend were not agreed to in mediation.

    The proposed parenting plan can be amended at any time before final hearing by agreement. Or, during the final hearing if both parties cannot agree, at that point it will be soley up to the Judge or Magistrate.
