Ex Claims $0 Income but Owns a Business With His New Spouse

My question involves child support in the State of TN: My ex (who currently pays support to me) is now claiming that she recieves zero income because she no longer works, but she owns and runs a business with her new spouse. Can she legally claim zero income in this situation in order to force me to now pay HER child support?

Yes she can - owning a business doesn't mean she actually receives an income.

However, she may well be imputed an income should she actually file to modify the current order.
