I would like to obtain my ex-wifes crimnal and driving record. Can I do this? And where is the best place to get the most correct information?

Yes going back to court and need as much information as possible.

if you are legally allowed them, subpoena them. Your wifes driving record is not a matter of public record so subpoena may be the only way to get them.

Her criminal record, for the most part, is public record. Research court houses or hire a PI].
