How to Get an Injunction Against Harassment

My question involves court procedures for the state of: Arizona

Our neighbor has been harassing us for years.

We have filed police reports against him for disturbing our peace, threatening to kill us, violating an injunction against harassment, but the harassment continues. And no, moving isn't an option - we would if we could.

Enforcement of injunctions can be tricky, it typically needs to have some proof of violation (the whole "a picture is worth a 1000 words" type thing). Has your local law enforcement WITNESSED these violations? Or, like many such cases does the violator manage to be gone by the time police arrive? If that's the case, work to document such instances and take them directly to the court that issued the order.

Part of the Injunction Against Harassment was for his playing loud music. We did put our video camera outside and gave a tape to the deputy. Problem is when the deputies pull up, they've turned the music down and they don't feel the music on the video tape we provided was "excessive". It's very subjective.

On one occasion a deputy did confirm that the music was too loud, but no citation was issued.

It's not just music either.

We continue to document, but it seems hopeless.
