    Default Pro-Bono Lawyer

We live in Maine and my husbands ex is taking him back to court in Mass... My question is can we get a pro-bono lawyer in Mass even though we don't live their? We don't have the money to pay for a lawyer.

You can call around and see, but personally, I have never heard of a family law attorney taking a case pro-bono. I suggest that you talk to Mass. legal aid or see if you can find an attorney that will work on a fixed payment basis. You'd be surprised what you can negotiate if you simply try.
