    Default SSI and Warrants

Do to a misdemeanor warrant in another state, for something I didn't even do, my SSI was cut off in 2008. I just read on another site, "Inland Counties Legal Services" , that the social security administration has agreed to repay peoples ssi that was cut due to a "mere warrant". I can't find any other links yet, just thought I'd ask you good people at Expert Law if you know anything of this issue?? This could be the answer to a whole list of problems plagueing me since I was wrongly accused of a DUI that destroyed me.

    THANK YOU, Bewildered

There is a court case called "Martinez". SSA does not yet have 100% of the instructions. More coming.
