Default Teacher harassing my girlfriend and I.
Hello, I'm in need of help. My girlfriend and I are in the same class together. We've always held hands and kissed in the class. Which isn't really a smart thing to do. Of course we have got in trouble for it. A few months ago we have stopped doing any of that and closely after we have stopped he started to making fun of us in front of the class. Here are a few examples of things he has said.

-When I would be whispering to my girlfriend with my hand covering my mouth so no one else could hear it he would make fun of us and accuse me of "licking her ear."

-He constantly refers to us as "the two lovebirds" and tells us to get a room.

-Even when we're working and I am reading with my hands on my lap he accuses me of touching her when I am blatently not doing anything else except reading.

These accusations and comments have been very degrading towards me and my friend. Please help for I am wondering if any legal actions should be taken.

Why are you still doing this in class?

You are still sitting so close to her in class that this joking is relevant? Why?

Well, even if you are no longer holding hands and kissing in class, you seem to be doing a lot which could result in that type of joke.

The teacher isn't acting professionally, and it is quite possible that if this were brought to the attention of the principal the teacher would be instructed to stop. But you're still engaging in conduct you know will result in this type of joke.
