Unfortunately my TBWD still found me guilty and I have my Trial De Novo in 2 weeks. I never been to trial for this and was wondering about what I should prepare and any tips to help me win my case. Thanks.

Your first step would be to contact the court and request a copy of the officer's declaration (form TR-235). Once you get that, come back and post the details of his testimony and someone will chime in...
