    Default VOP in Florida

My question involves criminal law for the state of: FL

I was caught for possesion of marajuana under 20grams
    and drug paraphenelia

spent the night in jail in that particular county, got released the next day on "pretrial intervention". I was placed on probation in that county but i live in a different county same state.
started in Sept. was asked to take a UA in Dec.
I failed the UA but at the time the county was switching the companies that run their probation.
I never spoke to my p/o after failing the test. i was sent instructions in the mail to report to the new place. I reported and continued on as usual like the drug test never happened, i didnt bring it up and neither did my new p/o

so i kept doing community service, payed my fees in full, started scheduling my drug evaluation. all towards the due date of my probation (early Feb.)
at the time my p/o said if i didnt have things done before my due date then he had to issue a court date but as long as i got it done b4 the court date i could be released from probation.

so upon the due date he went over my file one more time and found the previously failed UA that no action was taken on
he called me, i had to turn in a UA by the next day
i failed that UA also (both for marajuana)

after this my p/o said it would mostly likely be adressed at my court date w/ no warrant.
i call a week later to see what my court date is and he tells me the judge wants to issue a warrant for my arrest for the drug tests

since then he submitted the warrant and im waiting for it to be active
it was issued at no bond

    now here is my problem
i am a rapper and have recently found a manager,
the manager has started scheduling lots of shows for March-June
I do not want to miss this opportunity but i also want to get my problem taken care of. so here are my questions

    1) if i decide to not turn myself in until after june, will there be any additional consequences for waiting a certain period of time before turning yourself in?

    2) if i do turn myself in, how long should i expect to sit in jail before i get a bond hearing?

    3) The charges that got me on prbation were my first, will there be anyway i can work this out w/o turning myself in?

    4) what type of punishments am i looking at?

    5) I have done research on Drug Court, will this be a likely outcome for me?

Thanks for your help in advance

Here's what's likely to happen if you don't take care of this. If this is anything but fly-by-night stuff, whomever is insuring the shows in which you're performing will run a background check on you, find the warrant, and decline to insure you.

Get a lawyer, work out the best way to turn yourself in while minimizing your time in jail (you may, for example, be able to go to the Sheriff's Department in the early morning hours, and get before the judge the same day), and try to get the thing resolved. Your lawyer can advise you as to what the judge is likely to do given the facts. If your probation officer was, in fact, ready to discharge you despite your positive tests, that works in your favor - but obviously the judge has some concerns.

Blowing this off is about the best way to ensure that you spend time in jail.

    ty for the advice
yeah im really leaning toward tunring myself in
although hiring a lawyer seems to be a little overboard
especially to those short on money
from what i understand i dont think ill be sitting there any longer than a month even though a month would hurt.

    thanks again for the advice
