    N. Vacation
Each parent will have two weeks of vacation time each year. They will let the other parent know of the dates as soon as plans are made but not less than 4 weeks before the vacation time. They will give the other parent the address and phone number of where they will be staying. The phone number must be a landline not a cell phone.
    O. First Right of Acceptance
When the parent who has the children in their care must be away from the children for 5 or more hours including overnights. They must off this time to the other parent first before anyone else. They must offer this time by text message, phone call, or email. Legal Step Parents are included but not anyone else who is not a Legal Step Parent. If the other parent is unable to take the children, this will not be used in anyway against him or her.
    P. Parenting Notebook
They will establish a parenting notebook one for R and another for S. The 1st section will contain the childís schedule i.e. School, Daycare, Sports or any other after school activities, Custody/Visitation and Doctor Appointments. The 2nd section will contain the childís weekly school work and anything else he or she wishes to share with both parents. The 3rd section will contain the monthly medical card, list of emergency contacts, list of any Meds. The child is currently taking including times they are to be taken and how much is to be taken. The 4th section will contain information the parents feel would be helpful to the other parent in patenting their children. This is not to be used to criticize, discipline, blame, or threaten the other parent. They understand that each parent has their own parenting style, which may not be the same as the other parentís style, so they will not interfere unless there is danger or abuse to the children. The 5th and last section is to have a list of the rules and punishments at each parentís homes. This is just so each parent is aware of how the other parent is handling things in their home.
