    Default Illinois Adult Child

My question involves adoption law for the State of: Illinois. My husband wants to adopt my 30 year old daughter that he has raised for 21 years. We don't have lots of money and are trying to find the forms we need to file. All that we can find are for minor adoptions. Any help would be appreciated.

Have at least one consult with an attorney - they can usually point you in the right direction. Adult adoption is usually much easier (and thus cheaper!) for all involved, so it shouldn't be too expensive for one consult.
