    Default Copyright Infringement

    http://flatfacefingerboards.com/

This "fingerboard" (miniature skateboard) company is owned by a 16 year old boy from Boston, Ma. The website gets ALOT of traffic and he's been making hundreds of thousands in revenue by making products with a machinest/distributing products from Germany ect. Pretty good for a young kid with some help from his parents, right?

This is a fingerboard video he edited and produced with his team riders. He's been producing hundreds (or thousands) of copies and selling them international for $15. Only problem I picked up on is the songs used in the video. Theres a ton of copy-written songs used throughout the dvd.

I made this thread because its fishy, and annoying how kids can be making so much while getting away with so much. What are your thoughts on this?

how do you know he is getting away with anything? Maybe he purchased the rights to include the songs?

what I think is a travesty is people are buying those things. I mean, you push around a miniature skateboard with your fingers.

    WHOOPEE!

but if people are buying them, more power to the kid for making a buck selling them.

I know for a fact he didn't purchase the rights.

Sounds like our original poster is a bit vindictive.

The odds though of the music being licensed is probably slim.

It is obvious what can be done but I'm not going to give the op any help.

    copy-written
    Copyrighted.

I know for a fact he didn't purchase the rights.
You know this...how? And what are you looking to do about it?

If you want to report him to each artist for infringement, knock yourself out, but don't expect action or a reward.
