Default Are Private Investigators Going Into My House

My question involves private investigators in the state of: Delaware

Hey everybody let me start by explaining my situation.

Twice in the last two months I’ve came home to my house and couldn't enter my house because the door had the dead bolt locked (and i don’t have a key). Sorry if that doesn't make sense but basically I walked out the door and then couldn’t come back in the same door because the dead bolt was locked. (And I don't have a key to lock it from the outside).

The only thing I have going on in my life is a pending accident claim that is soon to begin process. I've had bad experience with the insurance company they cut off the funding while treatment was going on before they had their doctor look at me, and then immediately cut me off again after their doctor looked at me.

What I’m wondering is if they came into my house and did anything (bugged me, took photos, itemized anything) And how could i find out if/who done it? How could I find if there was a warrant obtains to come into my house? Could this stuff be used in court? I know about the exclusionary rule, but I don't believe that applies to civil cases. Also, there are a lot of stories in Delaware about evidence being "questionable" but still being emissible because it was sent anonymously.

I'm just looking for answers, I’ve contacted my lawyer about it but I don't think he seems to worried, I’ve been calling about this for over 3 weeks and he hasn’t called me back

We surely cannot tell you if people are waltzing through your home unbidden. We are not in possession of spy satellites or supernatural powers of perception.

How could I find if there was a warrant obtains to come into my house?
Search warrants are not granted in civil cases, and never to private investigators, anyway.

Why in the world don't you have a key to your own deadbolt? Change the locks and retain a key.
