    Default Death On The Job

I was wondering if someone was killed on the job by no fault of the victim, what is the surviving family entilted too? Basically, the company is at fault, not the individual that is dead. And the death occurred in 1972. Thank-You.

What were they entitled to back in 1972?

I am not sure. Where do I find that information from?

Uh, 1972? that was 35 years ago.

I am certain the statute of limitations has run on any claim the family thinks they may have had against the company.
