I GOT GRANTED A RESTARINING ORDER AGAINST MY HUSBAND ON SEPT 2009 BUT I WANT TO LIFT BECAUSE WE HAVE TWO J=KIDS AND WE ARE TRING TO WORK THINGS OUT WE BEEN SEPARATED FOR SEVEN MONTHS THE RESTARAINING ORDER IS FOR 3 YRS

What reason did you give to the Judge to get the RO? How are you "working things out" if there ia an RO against your hubby? Did your hubby assault you? Is there pending charges against hubby?

Are you prepared to defend your actions with CPS so that they do not end up in foster care?
