Default Drug Possession and Probation Violation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

    Hello,

My Wife and I broke up back in June 2009. We have a son together.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
On 9/23/2009 she got Charged with LARC - PETIT THEFT 1ST OFFENSE
She got 6 month probation (no Arrest)
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
on 12/14/2009 I charged her with Misdemeanor Battery Touch Or Strike Dv
when I got in a fight with her. (Arrest, Bond it out)
on 12/14/2009 She got charged with Misdemeanor Prob Violation Larc Petit
Theft 1st Offense (Arrest, Bond it out)
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
on 12/16/2009 I filed for Injunction for Protection against here. Because
Child Protection make me to do it. Or there will start a case.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
on 02/14/2010 charged with Felony Drugs-possess Cntrl Sub Wo Prescr
on 02/14/2010 Misdemeanor Nonmoving Traffic Viol Drive While Lic Susp
    1st Off
Court add Misdemeanor Battery Touch Or Strike Dv ( No Bond)
Court add Misdemeanor Prob Violation Amended Larc Petit Theft 1st
    Offense ( No Bond)
Court add Misdemeanor Prob Violation Larc Petit Theft 1st Off (no Bond)
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have drop the Battery charges in States Attorney Office. Because I felt bad for her. But it doesn't show in the Records? Should I file a notice in Court about the drop of charges. Someone told I should not trust the State Attorney here. I could get contempt of court if I don't show up?I know the state can still pick up the charges, but what wanna there do if I refuse to talk? I try to visit her in Jail, because she still our sons Mom. But there would not do it because the No Contact order and Injunction. I don't understand when I can exchange my son in a Police station there no violation of the Injunction or no Contact Order, so why not in Jail (It is Court Ordered)? I filed a Motion in my Injunction case to get a order so I can see here, Judge denied it. W/o any answer. So I filed for Motion for Dismiss the Injunction. Just waiting for a answer. Can a Judge Denying my Motion w/o any reason? Why the Court can roll the charges before in the new Arrest and denied any Bond?
Have anyone a Idea what I can do? I am leaving out of country with our son and I would like to see here before?

Default Re: Drug Possession and Probation Violation

Can you get help posting from somebody who has better English language skills?

"I have drop the Battery charges in States Attorney Office" - meaning, apparently, that you asked the prosecutor to drop the charge, not that it has been dropped. Correct?
