    Default Coming Back After Deportation

In august my boyfriend got deported. He was in tucson,Az and he was driving and border patrol stopped him. Since his car had mexican licences plates they pulled up that the car had been in the US for 6 years.

The deporated him and his right now in mexico.

We plan on getting married and eveything. But i was wondering how long does it take for him to come back or to re gain his visa. Cause before he got deported his visa was still good. but they took it away when he got deported. then they gave him a plenty. which i dont know how much it was.

can someone please help with this. what can he we do?????

he was deported because since his car had been here for the past 6 years they figured that he had been too and he was working here as well. so they deported him. they took him visa and gave him a penalty. what are his chances of him getting his visa back and so forth? what can we do?

So he was here on a tourist visa, driving an old car and they assumed that he was working illegally?

    Is that correct?

If you're stating that he was deported on the basis of six years of illegal presence in the United States, after entry on a tourist visa, absent a waiver he's looking at a ten year bar. There could be facts you haven't disclosed (because you really haven't shared anything relevant, beyond his overstay) that could result in a longer bar.

If you know the INA sections associated with his deportation, it may be possible to figure out how long his bar is.
