Default Forms for Expungement in New Mexico

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: New Mexico

What forms do I need to file a motion/petition for expungement in the state of New Mexico?

I was charged with a DWI in Bernalillo County and Santa Fe County on 1/2007 and 12/2008.

I was acquitted of both charges and would like to expunge all records related to these two charges.

What forms do I need to file with the courts?

I don't see any source of free forms online. You can ask at the courthouse to see if standard forms are available. You can also check to see if there are forms in any criminal law practitioner's guides in the county law library or any area law school libraries.
