Default A Plea Deal and Trial Behind My Back

My question involves criminal law for the state of: OREGON

I am a twenty eight year old. I have been in an apartment for about three or four years and I have aspergers disorder.

I have found that through loud harrassing voices outside my apartment and piecing together information that I have been targeted by lawinforcment. I have found out that I have already had a trial and have been convicted with crimes that I am not sure of the nature fully of. but I am not yet in jail. I heard that I am going in for Eighty years of consecutive sentences. I believe that there was a plea bargain that Would allow me to get out of it if I had taken a medicine that causes sterility and loss of sexual function. I was not informed about it and was rather going to a doctor and received medicine that had sever side effects and I was rather distraught due to them and the remembrance of the name of the medicine risperidone. I went through the pills and thought it was over then I went to an appointment with a psychologist and he gave me pills that had far worse side effects that cause excruciating pain in my groin. with all of my pleading with those of my family that must have known what was going on and would not tell me and typing statements on my computer desktop that I have come to realize where being read. I pleaded to know what the facts where in my case and the alternative(consequences of not taking the medicine) there where. NO RESPONSE. I didn't know the time frame and at the worst of the pain the pills gave me I further heard coworkers commenting on my behavior with that pain saying Ill give it another four days before they fall off. I got upset and stopped taking them. I was constantly being harassed by the loud voices outside and Though I asked for consultation with an attorney or the courts or my family I think that they refused to allow my family to talk to me about it.

I did not receive anything in the way of information except the broken up comments of them That I could hear in the other room and outside. It is not fair that they could make an agreement behind my back that I could not be allowed to ask what the consequences where. what can be done about this?

Try seeking the attention of a psychiatrist. It appears that Asperger's syndrome is the least of your problems.

Im fine. I just need to talk about my situation instead of people harassing me. I need to find information that can help my legal situation and maby I should have consulted to forums sooner. it is easyer to communicate that way.

Unfortunately, we can't really help you. At best, your communication skills are lacking.

A trial cannot possibly take place "behind your back," as you must be physically present in the court room during your trial. A plea bargain also requires that you explicitly agree to it. As such, your dilemma seems implausible at best. Combined with your references to hearing harassing voices "outside your apartment" and the general narrative of paranoia and persecution, the amateur psychiatrist in me is thinking that you have bigger problems than high-functioning autism.

I have gotten the gist that my mother had some legal means by which she could exercise the decisions based on my aspergers. I feel that through that and the miscomunications and all the rest has resulted in a worst case sinario. I just needed to talk and they disalowwed that and moreover they laughed at me an goded me. those things are exactly why I had a hard time calming down with my words and why I typed things that was exactly the oposite of what they wanted to hear.
