Grace Period For Lease Agreement

Just signed a lease agreement on Friday night at 6pm. Wanted to know if there is a grace period on a lease agreement, like 24 hours or something until it is active? Does anyone know? This is in Washington State.

Some say that it is an urban legend, I just say that unlike a purchase agreement, it is not true. Though some leases do allow three days for an attorney to review the lease. That's probably were the confusion comes from.
