Default Comp Benefits Are Inadequate
Im recieving 66% of my income now but what I was wondering is will there be any monies after Im well enough to return to work?Like a settlement or will this be all Im entitled to?What about the rest of my check I coulda been earning had this not happened .The accident was due to another worker where I fell and was hosptiled for a couple days with broke bones.Thank you,its been 8 months

Default Disability Payments
Right now you are receiving compensation for your lost wages.

If you return to work at your prior income, it is unlikely that you would qualify for any such benefit as you will no longer have any lost wages.
